Building and Demolition (C & D) toxins constitute a major portion of total solid toxins production on the globe, and most of them are disposed in landfills. Upkeep of the environment and preservation of the speedily diminishing normal resources needs to be the essence of sustainable expansion. As such, recycled aggregates will be advocated. This kind of report examines the possibilities of using terminated clay products as coarse aggregates pertaining to the making of new tangible block. The coarse aggregates will be replaced with 20 -100% of crushed fired clay-based products. This could open a fresh avenue to get building and construction industrial sectors to have an substitute construction materials in future. Clay waste products potato chips when smashed to the required nominal sizes such as 10mm, 14mm, 20mm, 40mm and so forth provide a hard and unusual surface which will aids in bonding of bare cement paste and the aggregate. Hence the bond durability of concrete is likely to be improved when these types of aggregates are used. Careful consideration with the water ingestion of clay-based aggregates will be taken in the mix design to make sure that the workability of the blend is attained. This project tries to inspire the restoration of waste products to be found in production of aggregates to get concrete consequently conserving the planet.
